You're in the right place. Here's everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and caring for your Catnip & Cashmere favorites.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 days via USPS or UPS. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your cats to be completely happy with your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.
To start your return, please email catnipandcashmere@gmail.com with your order number and item name.
Damaged or Handmade Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos if possible. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Custom or Handmade Items, or Limited Edition
Custom, handmade, or limited-edition items may be slight variations and are non-refundable unless defective.
Supervision
At Catnip and Cashmere, we choose products with your cat's comfort, joy, and safety in mind. We recommend light supervision when introducing new toys or accessories, simply to make sure your cat enjoys them safely and happily.
Please use all items as intended and retire them once they show signs of wear - every cat deserves safe, stylish fun.
